Zihi offers personalized training plans tailored to your individual needs. Our expert system, based on 978 coaching rules and patterns, is designed to create a customized training plan to help individuals of all levels, from beginners to professionals, achieve their sports goals.

Zihi generates personalized training plans in approximately 20 seconds for athletes at various levels, ranging from novices to elites. By sharing your available training time and athletic goals with Zihi, the system selects optimal days for speed work, endurance exercises, strength training, and other workouts while specifying the duration and intensity of each session. Zihi utilizes HealthKit data for step counting and distance measurement, enabling users to monitor and analyze their daily activity levels within the Zihi app.
